Executive Directors
André de Klerk
CA (SA)
André brings a wealth of experience from senior executive leadership positions, driving innovation
and leading large scale transformations. He previously participated in the development of the Project
Future instant payment architecture development as well as various large scale payment architecture
and implementations.
André served as Director at Standard Bank, a leading company within Financial
Services, where he orchestrated significant performance improvements. Prior to Standard Bank,
André served in a variety of leadership roles.
Erna Solomon
(MSc Computer Science)
Erna has significant experience in financial services, focusing most of her career in banking. She was accountable for the establishment of Architecture Practices and Solutions in various local and international banks. She has previously held positions such as Executive Director; Chief Architect; CIO; Partner in a big four Consulting Firm; and COO.
She also founded several successful consulting firms. Her focus is on the alignment of business strategy and IT, ensuring solutions that are customer focused while addressing value creation for the organisation.
